Default Richard Burns Top Gear

On top gear just a short but nice piece of respect to RB, hats of to the top gear lads. And some awsome V7 STI WRC pieces, hats of to RB and the V7.

I'm glad at last that someone has at last taken some notice. I must admit that the coverage relating to George Best has been getting my goat a bit, OK the guy could play a bit of footy and he was a nice bloke, it's a tragedy for his family but he basically killed himself, come on, get some perspective!

Contrast that with the genuine tragedy of an equally nice bloke, who also happened to have been world champion, who died in his prime from a disease that affects thousands of inocents and what is there, not a peep, as far as 99.9% of the media are concerned RB might as well not have existed

I find it a sad reflection on our society when the cult of celebrity skews our view of the world so badly. All I can say is my greatest commiserations to both families and shame on the media

I do believe that Clarkson was genuinely choked, did anyone spot the glazed eyes...i had no idea he had Burnsie were good mates!! Well done Top Gear....
Burns was a true sporting hero, because he wasn't a footballer that abused his fame to get women, get hammered and wasted a perfectly good liver that some REAL person might have had to live longer...sorry George, you were a football god, but a bit of a ****!!! I'm fed up of the continued press coverage for weeks on end and televised services when Burnsie barely rated a mention...it's f**king wrong

Anyone remember the topgear years ago, when they showed Burnsie rallying from the spectator's viewpoint? He was a great sport. Basically they made him wait around a lot and sprayed him with mud from time to time!

A sad loss. RIP.
