Cut out 3rd gear??????

Cut out 3rd gear??????
Hi,
I have a problem than when I blast my STI V2 down the quartermile, In 3rd gear the engine cuts,splutters then goes like a bat out of hell again!!!
I have ordered new plugs and adjusted the actuator to run 1bar, which seemed to help the problem, but it now just cuts out once in 3rd gear and occasionally once again in 4th gear!!
Is this a fuelling problem, as I am contemplating a walbro fuel pump as suggested by Scoobyclinic, to run 1.2bar safely.
Please help as I'm a newbie and want to run low 11's on the quarter as im pushing low 13's at the mo as standard!

You cant just increase the boost on an Impreza, if you do without doing anything else you will hit the ECU fuel cut off which it sounds like your doing.
Im not qualified to tell you waht to do to get round it but im sure if you post in the Tech forums some one will be able to help.

I think its time to visit scooby clinic for a re-map!!!
