CD Changer & Warranty
I've got a 3 and a bit year old Scoobs which has extended warranty and has a Kenwood CD Changer which I believe was an optional extra when new (I'm second owner). It's started skipping away unfortunately does anyone know what the crack is with this warranty wise?
Having spoken to the dealer they're 'not sure' whether it's covered or not but thought audio stuff that isn't from the factory is only covered for 1-2 years, as I say I think it was put on at time of purchase so should be treated as part of the spec.....although this maybe wishful thinking.
Anyone had an experience of claiming for audio on Warranty?
Cheers
