Still looking for a Scoob. Can i get a decent Sti for 4-5k??? I would consider a WRX if the price and condition is right and if its extra special might go to 6k.

Short answer, no. Yes, there are some version's 1 & 2 around for that sort of money, but a doubt that they would classed as 'decent'. A WRX for that price is a completely different story however.

James; keep off eBay for f*cks sake! Decent cars are seldom sold there, decent Imprezas are never sold there! That will be a Type-RA btw, because 1994 WRXs werent available in white.

on the ebay note, check out how dishonest some sellers r who r selling scoobs, check out some of the ones finishing today, a white stickerd up wrx and a sti555, both unregistered, one will need mods taking off for the esva etc, seller dont say owt about it needing an esva test etc just says its ready to go, and the blue sti 555, has a cabagged motor and is a post 1997 car so u cant reg it as no model report gor a sti 555, just a couple of the ebay pit falls and iff u read most discriptions of scoobs for sale the seller obviously nows nowt about them, ie they think all of there motors have 280 to 350 bhp, they think they r all sti's and they all have 60 thou miles on the clock, but without fsh, in real terms they r clocked clouted rubbage, sellers out to make a quick buck from green buyer, to many lying t!!!s on ebay at the moment
