Just got my car back today from the dealer after having the PPP fitted to our MY05 WRX wagon ...... very, very nice indeed !!!

Nothing too excessive but much like I thought it should be as standard. A nice noise and good solid acceleration without getting whiplash every time I pull away. Much better torque as expected and just so much more driveable. Shame it was so expensive but I don't regret it one bit. It made me just want to drive and drive; thrashing it at every opportunity. The level of power goes well with the standard suspension and it does seem a well sorted package.

The exhaust at high revs is interesting though ..... a cross between induction style noise and Darth Vader breathing overtaking the burble as you really give it some. If it was coming from the front of the car I would think they had done something to the air filter but no ..... it's from the back ! Is this normal ?
