Default Rally School UK

Just got back from Rally School uk.
What a day out. Big thanks to Dave, Marcos, Chris and Sabrina for one of the best days I've ever had.

It's set in a forest near Leeds.

The morning session involved driving round 3 forest rally stages in a Impreza, with roll cage intercom and beefed up suspension, with full supervision from a rally driver showing you the correct lines and steering tekniques to get the fastest laps.
With it raining the stages where very slippy but it was such a blast. You could get adicted to it. The time really did fly.
At the end Dave (one of the instructors) then took me out on a high speed lap.
Jesus christ if you have evr experianced anything like this you'll know what I mean when I say it was absolutly mental.
It was like being in a high speed car crash mixed with a roller coster ride.
How he kept it on the road I don't know. The skill of the guy was something to beleve. The stage parts that I was doing maybe 60 he was nearly 110 and this in the rain. All I could do was laugh.

A must for all you budding rally drivers.

Corradoboy, Didn't cost me anything, my lovely wife paid for me.

A high price though to get me out of her hair for the day!

You can do half a day.
