Scooby search... (extra question)
Hello everyone
A newbie here (so by nice!). After much deliberation, I think I am on a genuine hunt for my first scooby. I've been wondering what my next car should be and I think I have decided to look for a bug-eyed WRX (I know they aren't to everyone's taste, but I like them). I don't want one with too high mileage (anything under 70k would be fine), but also can't spend too much.
Would it be reasonable to think I could find one for under £8k? I think that would be my limit. There seem to be a few on Autotrader so I'll try to take a look at one soon.
In case anyone's interested in the other cars I've been thinking about, they are:
Alfa 156/166/GTV - I've got a bit of a think about Alfas!
Pug 406 coupe - always thought they look stunning
328i - can't decide whether I would want to be a beemer driver
By the way, I've been a good newbie and already searched for the buyers guide
Any comments/suggestions would be most welcome.
Extra info: Is high mileage a problem? Providing it has a full history, are there any big expenses to watch out for?
Cheers
