I use one, cant say I noticed any difference to be honest, but the standard earth is pretty crap so you might as well, it all helps.

Made up a set myself, very easy to do with some black 8AWG car audio earth cable. Don't forget to upgrade the battery to ground wire as well.
Made a big difference in the speed of the starter motor and I'm pretty sure I detected a slight improvement in the higher RPM's...

Cheers, Mark.

Wink

I did my own, with some heavy duty flexible stuff meant for car audio, and ring terminals from a car electrics place. I soldered the ring terminals on the gas hob

Didn't notice much difference to be honest, but the Scoob earth IS poor, so as the car gets older.......who knows?

Can't say I noticed any difference. Mine cost around £12 to make myself.

If you can get one cheap and the quality of cable is half-decent then it's worth a try. Some Muppets have paid £100+ for some badged ground kits
