The cost of Optimax.

The cost of Optimax.
Although the cost of 95 RON and deizel has come down noticably it would appear that Optimax has not been reduced by a similar amount. The most expensive round here that I have found is Durham/Ramside = £1.009/l.
The cheapest seems to be Woodland Road Darlington. = .969/l.
What are the prices in other areas and has the price of Optimax been kept artificially high?
I wonder if this is planned to coincide with the double points on Optimax?
Think I will give Optimax a miss for a while and the sooner Tesco do 99 RON up here the better.

95.9 is what optimax has been in rayleigh essex for a while, before and after the fuel panic

I put NUL for the first time since getting the car (except for a splash and dash) the other night due to the 10 price diff. Car is a UK car and standard again now so thought why not!

Normal unleaded is 89.9 pretty much everywhere in Hull, Optimax 95.9 ( 99.9 at the peak of the fuel non existent protest). Was in Sheffield and Doncaster over the weekend didn't need Optimax but saw normal unleaded was 94.9 everywhere. Why the big difference. Surely we're not being ripped off??
