Hasegawa Subaru Impreza 1994 RAC Rally (Model code CR108). The Repsol banner on the rear window gave it away, as Carlos Sainz drove for Lancia in 1993 IIRC. I'm probably going to be proved wrong now.

Spot on Craig, nice one. That kit has a choice of Carlos 1995 L555REP Monte Carlo, or McRae 1994 RAC, and this is the McRae L555BAT version. I also got a copy of the same kit with "collectors edition" extra metal parts to make the L555REP one (the normal kit comes with wrong wheels and gravel suspension height) which I started years ago and never finished, I just dug it out. Might finish that next!

I recollect when I made the L555BAT kit I was able to view the actual car, and from that copied stuff like the empty plastic folder sticking inside the rear window (which you should see on the pic).

You should see the couple of kits I made an a**e of before I started using more patience...

id put money on it james, that bottom road where the watersplash went into the yump.
