Evening all,just a quick question for you to all 'mole' on 4 a bit.
would you buy a motor that is owned by some one who has not registered it for two yrs?............its not registered to a 'wife' or 'partner' either........they have just not bothered to register it at all during two yrs of ownership!...the car shows up as hpi ok for the usual,but not registered to the owner.
What do you think? would really love some help with this one.pleeeeeeez!.

the problem is if you register it now and then the parking/speeding tickets flow in...............................

being as how its now illegal to not notify DVLA of a keepers details i would question as to why it hasn't been done?? fishy......................

Steer well clear mate. How could he have taxed it if he hasnt registered it. So you will probably get done for all that. How can you posibly own a car for that long andd not register it. Hes lying probably just bought it and wants to sell it on quick as its got something major wrong with it.
