Question Guys, a little help please......

I have a MY02 STi Prodrive which is coming up to it's 60k mile service and I need to know what oils to use in both engine and gearbox!

Does the car need fully synthetic or semi-synthetic oil for the engine and do you have any suggestions/recommendations on brand etc? It's so long ago since the last service at 50k that I've forgotten all this fairly important information
And is there a workshop manual available for the car ?

Cheers for your help

Rach

Have a look in technical.....

If you give a toss about your car then a good quality fully synthetic oil is the way to go, PM oilman on here and he should sort you out with the right oil at the right price.

PSLewis will be along in a minute to say that any old semi-synth sludge is good enough, ignore him
