Default tracker nightmare

I tested my traker out the other day, in fact three time's,but on each occasion no phone call to say my car had been loged as stolen, but each time i phoned them they said they would look in to it.....

Anyhow i tried last night again,i waited for "the" call on my moblie but to no avail...so i phoned them up this morning to see what was happening this time, they said "ahhh yes sir we note that your car caught fire last night were they able to save it ?"

WTF?????

it turns out they got it registered as a fire alarm on my car and not as a tracker

did they not notice the other three times previouse that the car was *stolen* they just thourght my car was on fire again.... i ask them how many times can a car fookin burn

Pisses me right off and i have to pay for that service!!!

rant over

cheers
Steve
