moosing on idle from hks filter pls help

anyone know what can be causing this noise? it comes from the hks induction kit and is known as 'moosing' i think sounds like a high pitch noise

Interesting... I fitted one last week - idle AOK and car pulls / feels much better but past @ 100 / 110mph (ON TRACK..) I get a high pitched whistle... maybe the HKS SSQV or the HKS Induction kit not 100% - interested to hear what you find out mate.

its normally the filter at idle i have an st200 modeo and there prone to doing it not sure whats causing it tho ? i have an hks ssqv and doesnt seem to be that
