Question Help please!

My 53 plate (2004) WRX is going into the dealership on Tuesday to have a set of STI 9 Brembo's fitted. (fronts only)

I've got STI8 front discs and 18" Pf''s.

Having this set up, will this adversley affect the braking leaving the standard 2 pots on the rear?

Will the front Brembo's go straight on or do you require any further parts for fitting?

And finally can you use the original brake hoses for the job or do you need to change?

Any help would be great - don't fancy turning up at the dealers with half the kit!

Cool

Nope you will have no probs with the rear brakes and as for the hoses I would recomend that you take the oppotunity to upgrade them to goodrifge braided ones. If you are going to the trouble of having the calipers fitted then don't scrimp on the hoses.

Are you sure your wheels fit over the Brembo calipers?

Just my opinion as I have STi7 Brembos and goodridge hoses on my MY00 classic.

Steve
