How accuarate are Subaru figures?
Just wondering how accurate the factory BHP/Torque figures are generally.
Has anyone got any figures of the power of their cars before any mods?
Any figures for MY00 UK turbos would be handy, just to see if they are around the 215 bhp mark as standard.
Cheers

I know the 03/04 Sti PPP doesn't get close to 305 bhp
Rolling road figures are really speculative though, and its a long running argument. Bench dyno figures and on car RR figures will vary, as do the type of dyno and calculations that it does etc....

When looking at rolling road figures you really need to look at the power at the wheels rather than the fudge factored approximated flywheel figure. I'm very sure that Powerengineering's rr figures are over estimated.

If your MY00 is totally standard then expect less than 215BHP in my experience. I RR'd my MY00 with the AE801 ECU and it scrapped 201BHP
Now it's got 330ish All better now.
