I'm in Germany next week so seemed rude not to take in the ring on Sunday 28th but cant find any accomodation! Tried everything on Ben Lovejoys site and the local YHAs but all booked solid. Is something going on there that weekend?

Any ideas gratefully received

A massive event from the signs we saw at the weekend. It was really busy at the weekend just gone, and we ended up staying 25km away!

My mates in Germany working, he works for a Porsche GT team, i think it's that weekend they're racing at the New Ring?????

Ahh, sorry, stupid me, thought you meant this weekend. The VLN race will make it reasonably busy, but you should be ok on the Sunday.

Its wierd, the guest houses say they have accomadation this weekend, just not next!?!?!? Wots going on? Might be time to invest in a tent............

try cochen nearby ring cheap accomodation and great drive to /from ring,also check out northloop.co.uk for advice

if you want a bit of a drive then try Hotel Finkenberg at Blankenheim... great place, quiet and very funny Lady owner who speaks very good english!
