Default quick answer needed please, Silkolene oil

i have got 5 leters od the silkolene pro s 10-50 oil.

will this be ok for my 1999 sti import?

I use 10/50 pro s in my escort turbo...i would have thought it a little thick to run in a 1999 engine!.....

tho beins as i know nothing about scoob's...(yet)...i wont say to much!...
