Anyone managed to get any yet, in the wake of the fuel crisis? I'm guessing that delivering SUL may be last on the list of priorities for the distribution companies. What do you reckon?

Ask your local SUL petrol stn owner, I asked and he said that he had some but was saving for emergency use if he runs out of UL again, he said that he was happy for me to have some.

I guess the moral is, if you don't ask.... !

I was able to get some SUL last night from Shell, although not from my most local station. Proof that it is about, albeit still fairly scarce...

Spent an hour this afternoon looking for SUL.

Drove along the A41 from Edgware to the juntion with the M25 and no one had any SUL.

So decided to go home and just as I did the Esso station just down the road from home had a delivery.

They said that they only buy 250 gallons at a time and that lasts the week.

I tried to get SUL yesterday. Phoned 2 places, one local, one 20 miles away. Both said they had it, both had big queues, and both didn't have any. To say I was pissed off is a big understatement. I ended up using UL, I'll get some octane booster tomorrow.

Does anyone know where you can buy Octane booster online ? Petrol still seems scarce in my area and although I havnt used my remaining fuel to go looking for SUL I dont hold much hope finding it given that my closest 3 stations dont have anything.
