Welcome to Scoobynet.

Starting/Stopping an engine is never the best for any car however it shouldn't do any more wear and tear than any other car.

If she likes to put the foot down then make sure she lets it sit for a least a minute just letting the engine tick over otherwise she will fry the turbo.

Hope u realise that u will get less than 300 miles from a full tank if its just out and about the city.

This thread is also in 'general technical'

My response is in there and is the verbal diarrhoea version of what Kevadair has succinctly said.
