Still trying to get round the wedding curve ball that got thrown at me last week before spending any more dosh on the car. In so many ways it is the ideal car for me, performance, 4 doors, decent cruising on mway etc, and I never thought I'd say it but I think I'm definately converted to Jap cars.

I'd love to make a couple of tweaks but I have a couple of principles with cars. If I'd wanted an STI, I would have bought one - car is great, but not great enought to warrant the extra outlay unfortuntely, and thus although I love the look of the front bumper corners and spoiler proper parts would cost me over a grand and I dont want my car to purport to be something it isnt.

If I do anything my cash would go on 18" Prodrive wheels though cos the gold 17" wheels look too skinny and gay and I dont think particularly help the cornering.

Never owned a jap car before, but now would be surprised if I would choose anything else - wedding or no wedding I await Mitsubishi and Subaru's efforts for 2007 with baited breath.

you could get the corner splitters for £60. i spose the genuine sti spoiler is expensive. i dont think you would be trying to portray your car as an sti or a V-ltd by having them, if you coverd it in pink sti stickers yea but not by just improving the look
