Default Value of 53 plate UK STi PPP ?

with 20k on clock

has got 18" alloys

tidy car just a few tiny blemishes - as you would expect with 20k's worth of use I guess

I havn't seen many STi's on that plate for under £20k at main dealers... (if you add fancy wheels and PPP, it would puch the price up a bit). As usual though, that's not the price they'd offer you for the car

I'd say £18995 dealer forecourt, 16.5k private Add a grand on if you got a PPP fitted.

Its got PPP and I could by for £17k

With the prices all over the place is it a good deal I wondered ?

Sounds about right then,I would like £16k the way these things lose value

How things have changed! When I picked up my new Scooby from the dealer back in '99 after waiting 8 months for it, he said "You could go and flog this for 2 grand more than you've just paid for it" Now they are giving them away in Conflake packets!

Sad that. Same thing happened with my 98 Turbo. Could have sold it for more and got almost what I paid for it when I chopped it for an RB5

Its happening to ALL cars not just Scoobs. Steep depreciation is a fact of life as we pay inflated prices for the cars when new. Easy answer is to buy used....At a month old you don't pay the VAT for a start

You can get a Euro import UK spec MY05 STI with DCCD & metallic paint for £19999 plus about £600 to tax it, new car reg fee, Tracker, Cat 1 alarm and locking wheel nuts.

I'd value the DCCD & chassis improvements that the 05 model has and the 03 didn't at least as much as I would the PPP & 18s.
