Hi,
has anyone made any on line purchase from this company recently?
I have make an order from about a month and i havent receive any answer from them (i send them two emails and a fax).

 

There was a big article about them in Scooby Mag a couple of months ago. Seemed to be quite reputable? It maybe just 'one of those things'. I know it doesn't help but try and give them a call and keep badgering them.

Is this Revolution in Gateshead? If so, never had a problem with them, always found them to be extremely helpful.

If our sales team are correct they think you are from Greece?

If so, we emailed you twice and we've also had both your emails also inc fax but no answers to the question we sent about your order.

I had a bad experience with them years ago. A spoiler from them (was posted to a fitting dealer) was all wonky and a very crap product. The fitting dealer didnt repackage the spoiler upon returning to revolution apparently, and they rejected any recompense due to scratches etc.

However, I do believe I have a 22b that used to belong to them, its in good nick so they cant be that bad

 

recently got some wheels from them - 10/10 for service and friendlyness - as their note above suggests

 

Maybe something is wrong with my email server.
I will try to re-order.
