Was reading a back copy of EVO recently & they mentioned a gadget that has stored in it all the current Gatso's / SPEC cameras etc etc & using GPS it knows your location & informs you a mile before you get near one of these.
You download software updates from the net so its info is never out of date & sounds like a great idea.
Anyone know any more info on this ?

Do you know of anyone who has had hands-on use of one of these (as opposed to just a magazine article). I usually mistrust the articles as they quite often just state what is on the press statement of the product.

 

Apparently they are not out quite yet as the part of the unit which was being out sourced (the case I think) was wrong when it arrived, so as yet I don't think anyone has used one. I'll keep you informed.
