how often do you service your scooby?

how often do you service your scooby?
as the title says.
iv just had a rebuild by api,so im going to be servicing every 3000 miles from now on.

Used to service my Classic as schedule and do oil in between services when it was 311bhp. When I flogged it it was still going strong.

As schedule at independent specialist, then I change the oil halfway. Check fluids every 2 weeks or so.

Service all my cars the same. All ways as per the service schedule + a oil & filter change 1/2 way between services.

Standard service schedule (MY03 STi Type UK) ... does exactly what it says on the tin

MY00 260BHP - Minor every March, major every August by reputable specialist. Only do about 6K a year so averages about 3000 between services so not much point changing oil in between.

Once a year, whether it needs it or not
But that is only 2000 miles
