I need help please. I got my first impreza a week ago, N reg 1995 import WRX, and still dont know the exact model??? On the logbook it sais WRX, but the guy selling it said it was a WRX v-limited?
I think its still only 260ps same as standard, but it has a "FIA world Rally Championchip 1995" badge embroided on the front seats, and is in a rare flat mid blue colour. Apparently only a 1000 made (where should it say what number mine is if it is one?), also in black and white i think.
I have checked the engine code on the iwoc.co.uk site and sais its a WRX, but they dont list a WRX v limited anyway, just a "WRX RA STi2 V-Limited" and a "WRX STi3 V-Limited 4" on my year?
Oh and its been debadged so nothing on the back.
Any help would be much appreciated

It doesn't have a plaque! What about the seats in mine? I thought the wrx sti/sti ra v limited had the plaques not the basic wrx v limited. So you think its a standard WRX even though its a flat mid blue colour???

Mine is a wrx type ra v limited and it has a plaque. The seats in mine have the V3 logo with the 3 years they won 1995/96/97 stitched in

Ok, thanks for your help, i think mine is a wrx v limited, just looked on http://www.catherineandken.co.uk/sti/wrx.html and my applied model and engine type match that of a WRX V-LIMITED 09/94-08/95. Dont know how many were made or why exactly they are limited still? Maybe its just the colour and the interior? Could anyone with the same model as me shed some more light, did they come in white and black too? My paint colour is 65c, reddish blue, according to http://www.catherineandken.co.uk/sti/paint.html

mines the same model as yours only a 1996, got same seats as you described, the plaque should be on the boot and says V-LIMITED (and whatever the number should be)/1000
