Come on - This is shocking. Would I get away with telling a court about my motor racing skills? Would I Bo**ocks. Totally shocking - One rule for us and another for them.
No matter who is driving 60mph in a 30 is dangerous. Even on a pusuit it is causing danger - Nobody can deny it. I dont really care what standard of driving he has it is still dangerous.
I can guarantee that my driving would be safer at 30 than this police officers was at 60 in a built up area - No questions - Conclusion he was driving dangerously.
Probably would be safer with my contact lenses out too.

I guess it sends out the following message:
The officers abilities were over that of an ordinary person.
From this I get the following:
The gentlemans cars abilities were over that of an ordinary car.
i.e. I have the right to speed as my car has better abilities than an ordinary car especially with regard to braking.
