Default Whats is the spring rate of Eibach lowering springs?

I looked on Ravensblade Impreza.com which says it is 171 and 91-188

Whats the deal with the second set of numbers? Does it mean that they range from 91 to 188?

The STi 4 springs are rated at 196 and 174, so does this mean that the Sti4 springs are harder then the uprated Eibachs?

I am confused Please help!

Sorry ignore this, phoned Eibach and asked them. The rears are progressive which is why they are between two figues.

so the Sti4 springs are harder than Eibachs!
