had my uk turbo now for 4 weeks x reg when i got it there were no scratches on the windows. but every time now the window goes down it is scatching the window as it goes down into the rubber any thoughts what it could be, as it is doing me head in. it is on every window too.

 

Pop the door trims off and have a look at the felt guide pads, they may be covered in muck/grit. Clean them and the rubber seal.

mins the same mostly on the back though . so i dont open the back windows if i can help it . its normally only me in the car anyways.
