on my MY99 sti, i have white sti stickers on the fog lamp covers as the car is white. But funny enough ive seen some where the big sti sign is pink, why is this.

Or is it just replicas that are pink

On white cars the STI is in pink and the Subaru tecnica international is in black factory standard. For silver and yellow cars it's the same and for blue, black and grey cars they're in white for Sti and Subaru tecnica international.

i have an sti type r and the fog lamp decals are in pink i dont know what this denotes as the car is silver ,think you can purchase decals of ebay not expensive if you want to change colours..

hmm cos every black or silver sti ive seen have had white ones only, and since im getting my bumper resprayed i wanted to keep them the way they are but was curious why some are pink.

Nevertheless the pink does look good

Yours would be a MY01 STI onwards, where they changed to pink then. We are talking classic STIs here.

The standard colour for the STi lettering is pink, regardless of what body colour or year the car is.
