Default why can't i sell my scooby

its been for sale on here for a while now as well as other car forums

its also been in auto trader for 2 weeks now

so far the only response i've had is a scammer trying to do me out of 15k and 1 phone call that hasnt followed up.

Not a sniff

Scoobies arn't selling that well at the moment, higher insurance since Christmas and plenty too choose from does not help much.

It's true The second hand value is a joke to be honest! I don't know exactly why this has happened because the scoob is still a desirable car

Massive over-supply Paul; there are so many JDMs here now that it has depressed the residuals, many of them are of a poor quality too. This in turn affects UK cars and it means that people who couldnt otherwise afford one, and still cant afford to run it correctly, can buy, which depresses the value further... I spend more time trying to identify niche (JDM) models now than I do actually buying cars because there are so few models that havent been over-imported.

Makes sense With prices becoming so low though importing a scoob can't be worth it anymore, I've seen quite a few ebay adverts for cars still in japan that have't even reached scrap value recently!

Later model cars, good grade ones that is, are worth more in Japan now than they are here!

Seems to be the same story for most second hand cars out there at the moment though , there are just too many used cars about and not enough people to own them , price it right and you will always sell it in the end though
