esva/model report for 1998 impreza type r
has anyone managed to do the above since the stupid rule changes came into effect requiring a model report for these cars?
any loopholes i.e. doing the sva in ireland for example?
what a total cockup the ministry has made by enforcing the above, scared of the personal importer saving a few quid if you ask me.

i don't live in cyprus but is it still possible to get the sva done in cyprus for a non-cyprus resident?

so that means a model report for a type r is still required!
will have a look to see if irelands any different but it seems to me that the sva/esva test is the same for any country in the EU, all still require a model report if the car is manufactured >1997
