Today me and my STi V1 have parted company
It was a very sad day seeing it being driven off after just under 12 months of ownership, and I know I will miss it, but the maintenence costs were going to bankrupt me eventually, it wasn't getting any younger and I was scared of possible future bills for maintenence not to mention insurance!

So we have parted company, i hope the new owner takes care of her but i'm not convinced to be honest judging by the test drive he took!

I'm now looking to get a Jeep cherokee 2.5 which might seem like a strange choice but i need a large car and they go for not a lot of cash compared to landrover's etc (and the insurance is less than half what i paid on my scooby)

I will be back in the future though when i've got my own house and can afford to by a more modern scooby which should last longer!

Sorry to hear that mate. They'd better look after it, or they'll soon regret it big time.......or should I say big end. If you see what I mean!

At least you can say that you've been there and done it and that you had the decency to look after it properly and sell it when you could not longer afford to do so.

That says a lot about you.

I hope you like the replacement and that you don't miss the Scooby too much.
