Service Costs
I have two Subaru vehicles: A forester (NA) and impreza turbo.
Both under extended warranty (Subaru Assured) and due services.
After phoning round local dealers I am amazed at the difference in price offered for the next services:
Max £455 Min £305 (double checked).
Both main dealerships
Both for the SAME work.
Both similar travelling distance for me.
A local well known specialist will do the work for £260 inc VAT (using all Subaru parts etc..) but I'm told by the helpdesk at Subaru Assured that this will invalidate my extended warranties and I must use the main dealership.
So shop around...
