Ha! How about 17 months? I hit a deer when the car was a week and a half old - the repairs were only finally finished the other week.

In fairness to the garage, they were let down by their bodyshop. They then put the work right themselves, without quibbling at all.

although not as long as any of you guys, 8 days for a MAF sensor.
Got the car back, MAF sensor had not been swapped, 6 months later different dealer, new MAF sensor.
