Paint that matches dash

I'm looking to spray/paint my GRP gauge pod with something that looks more like the grainy leather effect of the dash. Any ideas??

I'd pop over to mp3car.com and have a look in the fabrication section of the forums. There are lots of threads covering building the enclosures from scratch (which obviously you don't need to do), and most of them cover OE-look painting.
