P1 Carbon firbre trim on spoiler help

I'm looking at a P1. One thing that I have noticed is that the CF trim has lifted in the middle of the spoiler. It looks like it is fixed down using torque srews. Are these doing the jo of holding it down or are they just for show? Do you also know what the price of replacing this part is?

you could try and knock the price down and say it needs replacing totally! www.drmotorsport.co.uk have an original one under there special offers section and they spray everything for free!
