Smile Scooby STi Owners - Please Help £££

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.

I am looking for an owner of a Subaru Impretza WRX STi in the West Yorkshire area.

I am due to get married in August this year, and was wondering if anyone would help me.

Me and my partner are very passionate about Subaru's and it would be a dream for him if I could arrange for him to get to our wedding venue in a Subaru.

We love em and are saving for one!!! - after the wedding of course.

If you own a Subaru in the Wakefield area then please give me a shout. I am particularly looking for a blue one (love the colour the most).

Strange request I know but would be a fantastic surprise on our big day for him.

PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU CAN HELP!!!!!!!!
For anyone who can help I will negotiate a £££ for their time and fuel.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

I think this link got vaped last time didn't it ? Due to the risk of carjackings these days, people are reluctant to answer such requests on an anonimous BBS. You may want to visit THIS MEET in Castleford. It's tonight and is frequented by a friendly bunch. If you can tear any of them away from their all you can eat buffet, someone may be willing to help.

There's supposed to be a taxi firm in Wakefield that has a blue subaru.

Also, Subaru dealership's were offering 24hr test drives a while back, just don't take it back covered on confetti.

HTH.

Damian.

Hi

Good Point!!!
Never even thought about that you know (non-carjacking mind)

Did miss your meet last night though - only saw the message today (Friday)....oops

I may have a lead anyway from Sheffield on the Scoobycity web site.

Thanks
Sarah

PS - can you let me know when your next meet is as I would love to come down and see a whole heap of scoobies!!!

Thanks for that.
Wonder which firm though.....?
Ill just ring em all on the safe side....

On the dealership note there are none near enough to me - plus wouldnt be in a good state to take it back the next day......and have to rush off on Honeymoon.....

Ill try the taxi lead though.

Thanks
Sarah

Sarah, our meets are always on the last thursday of the month at The Trading Post, Whitwood, Castleford ; so next one is March 31st. Only about 12 cars last night what with the weather but we usually attract around 20, and not just Scoobs. There's usually a couple of Evo's, and when the weather improves a Porsche RUF Turbo (580bhp : ) and a Ferrari 360CS

We also have a trackday coming up at a venue just south of Scnuthorpe. The place is ours for the whole day, so if you come along (£5 per car full to spectate) you might be able to blag a few high speed runs (especially if you bring your bridesmaids ).

Sarah if you went to the meets then asked for a wedding Car you might find the personal touch might get you a better response

A personal touch from the bridesmaids will get a definate response

Only joking. As Tony says, come along. We're a friendly bunch and welcome any car enthusiast, no matter what marque (except the blue light washer jet McD's car park Burberry brigade ). Unfortunately I drive a lowly WRX PPP, so you'll have to suck up to the STi owners I'm afraid
