Default Anyone have an 05 Legacy or Legacy GT?

Not sure if I should post this in here, but........
I have been thinking about getting one for a daily.
I don't think I can handle a manual trans, unfortunately, as I have some pretty bad back problems that affect my legs.

I was wondering how that new cast in steel main cap was working on the new Legacy GT motor, and the reliability and all from the new body style Legacy.

My GF's 02 Impreza just a head gasket replaced under warranty, so I am not overy enthused about quality control with Subies as I was in the past.

Although the local dealer has been great about service and warranty(no mods what so ever)
I will not be modding whatever I buy at all.
I have a supercharged truck that keeps me busy working on ****

Thanks for any input! Sam

We have just got a Spec B Legacy and we are absolutely delighted with it. I guess you must be looking at an import?

I believe Litchfields and David Hendry Cars bring them into the country. Personally I would go down the Litchfield route.

I live in the US. So it will be an import But the US Legacy GT.

I read about the new motor design and all in some tech publication I get.
Damn that motor stuff looks like toys compared to what I am used to looking at

Just trying to get some feedback on them anyway
Thanks guys

You should be looking at this site - http://legacygt.com/

We don't get the GT over here, just the 2.0/2.5/3.0, all without turbo's.
