Default Road Angel 2 help

When I try to synchronise the road angel 2 through the software, it comes back with the error:

Error 20001 occured:

Application-defined or object-defined error

Has anyone had this or have any idea what it might be.

Cheers,
Spanky.

Haven't come across that, have you tried the RA website or the manual?

Thanks, nothing in the manual or on the website, I've emailed the support desk but I've been told on another forum that they're closed at weekends

Cheers,
Spanky.

Now working

Don't know what the problem was, but at least it's working.
