I noticed the local Subaru dealer's advert, in the paper, the other day and saw that 'clutch face or lining materials' are now specifically excluded from the 3 year/60k miles Subaru new car warranty.

is this specific statement new or have i just not noticed it before?

i have logged and recorded occasional clutch judder (WRX) at the last two annual services on the basis that, if it got a lot worse, they might replace it under warranty - but with this exclusion i am probably wasting my time?

anyone else had experience of this issue lately?
