Question Raditor leak

I have a sti type r,whilst driving at normal speeds water temp is fine, but upon higher speeds (ie motorway after half n hour) or high boost temp rises dramaticly and use water bad.Have noticed a leak in rad wonderd if anyone has had these symptons b4 or wether its something more serious?

if you have a leak then its advisable to get sorted ASAP..................after that's sussed you can then ascertain if anything further would be at issue

the rads split on the side tanks. Its common.
Just changed mine. Got one for £100 delivered off ebay.

Sorry to here of your rad problems.

Mate, please don't be tempted on a quick cheap fix on this one by applying a can of Rad Weld or the like. The water gallerys in the rad and heater matrix are on the small size and are prone to clogging up. Also the pipe work around the header tank is on the small side, again could clog.

As has been said best source a replacement rad.
