loud buzzing at 95mph

loud buzzing at 95mph
car is an my99 uk turbo and as soon as i touch 95/100 there is a loud buzzing type noise. sounds like it could be the wind vibrating something maybe. ive switched wipers on and no change to noise so its not them. any ideas?

have you checked the noise is not coming from a passenger?
