Question S.E.C.S question

Can anyone tell me if these are compatible with an Apexi PFC?

Cheers

My understanding in a word is no they aren't compatible.
Only the JECS unit including an ECUTEK remapped one.

Cheers, excuse my stupidity, but are you saying that a JECS unit is compatible with an Apexi PFC and Im not really clear what you mean by the ECUTEK part?

no the JECS unit is the original ECU in the impreza which is remapped using the ecutek software hence the connection. Hope that helps.
I think your only monitoring option for an apexipfc unit is the hand controller I believe they make or a PC software package at the following address;

http://www.fc-datalogit.co.nz/

AndyF is the man for details on that on this type of unit though.

LOL I think the Apexi FC Commander is the thing for that then...

Bit of a bugger, as there are two SECS for sale on ebay at pretty good prices

I'll speak to Andy about it when Im getting it mapped again, which should be quite soon.

Cheers

I asked Andy the same question when the was mapping mine. He said the SECS monitors were defo not compatible with Apexi PFC.

I just use the commader but did enquire about the pc software he siad it was available but quiet pricey and way over the top of someone like myself.
