Default coolant liquid

hello

can someone tell me how to check the level of coolant liquid

should i do it if the car is cold or after driving it for some time

when my car is cold the level of coolant liquid is on low and after driving it for some time when i check it is on full

You have your answer already, the coolant level should be just above the low level when cool. When the engine is at running temp it should expand to the full level.

Yeah but in fairness we started when we were 17 with basic car checks ........ oil, fluid, washer bottle, tyres.........
