Default ##HELP NEEDED## Dump Valve not working

Hi all,

Just installed my baileys dump valve, I did have a forge on before - thought it was dead but found it to be full of oil.

Red lined it a few times after installin it but i can hear the induction only.

Any thought? or ideas of what the problem is and how to rectify this??

Your help would be appreciated
