do they make a black type RA? is it just blue and white? i know they do a black type R.

According to the information that I have only the following colours were offered:

November 1992: Feather white & Active Red
November 1994: Feather White & Active Red
September 1996: Feather White
September 1998: Pure White
September 1999: Pure White

These are WRX Type RAs; not STI Type RAs

You can get them in sonic blue as well in limited edition format
