whats the difference?
whats the difference between UK STI,JAP STI,P1 and WR1? I know P1 is Classic shape.How does it compare to 2004/2005 imprezas regarding performance,drive ability.I am considering a 2005 STI JAP import and would like to hear of some comparisons.Currently drive a UK Turbo MY97.

Uk sti = 265bhp
uk sti + ppp = 305bhp
Jap sti my98+ = around 300bhp, spec c has 320 me thinks
wr1 = 320bhp
The new age is definatly more of a refined ride with a much improved interior. Unfortunatly though, the new age is around 150kg heavier than the classic.
