Tired of speeding tickets???
Tired of speeding tickets?
This will open up spaces between you and the cars around you.
Step 1. Tie these balloons to your car
Step 2. Drive as fast as can
Step 3. Watch people freak out.
Step 4. Tell the Police you thought they were for real.

Brilliant! 
Another idea I had, was to buy speeding ticket coupons by the bookfull - like a book of 10 (assuming av std fine at £40??? - I dunno aint had one since I was a young biker
) at £360, 10% saving by pre-purchasing!
What do you reckon?
