V LTD sti type RA

can some1 confirm the top speed of a 22B at 154mph or are the quotes made up because no1 seems to do 155mph.(not allowing for speedo error) are they all different like most subaru's,some do some dont ?

would have thought it will do 155 no probs!

mines a 97 uk spec with only a few mods n that tops at 155.

type uk has longer final drive.

jap is geared for 158 and may well do it if you are stupid enough.

UK if it has the power will go faster but I cant be bothered to work out how much.

someone mulitply 158 by 4.44/4.11 and thats your answer, gearing wise at least.

Type UK will hit limiter at 170mph if it has the grunt.

should think they'll do 155mph, my uk modded car will go off the clock so a 22b should i should think but i might be wrong

hope mine wont go off the clock it goes up to 280 was told top end was 140 in the real world but will show more on the clock

Hehe so does mine and mines a slightly modded UK 97 , took a work mate home in her one night, just to show him that it does silly speeds,
it was the quickest he's ever got home from work anyway

As stated by Adam M Jap 22B have different gearing etc. etc. so it will struggle.

on mine the speedo shows off 160mph but the GPS says 158mph
